My clients

I work with senior leaders and experts in complex organizational environments. They carry responsibility and make decisions whose impact reaches far beyond

visible structures and numbers. Their challenge lies in aligning economic realities with personal values and human responsibility.

I never view professional questions in isolation from the individual and their personal context.

Experience

With more than 20 years of professional and leadership experience in international corporate environments, I understand my clients’ challenges from first-hand
practice. I have worked in roles close to C-level leadership, led restructuring and transformation programs alongside CFOs and CTOs, built global steering and KPI systems, and established and led teams of up to 20 people.

Philosophy

Change is the norm—stagnation is what requires explanation.
I coach without rigid models or pre-defined solutions. My work is as individual as each of my clients and their personal story.

I work with presence, clarity, encouragement, and the ability to challenge when needed. The goal of our work together is to identify and untangle the internal knots you repeatedly stumble over—patterns that limit you both professionally and personally.

Good to
know

Coaching is available in German or English. I prefer to begin with in-person sessions; once a solid working relationship is established, remote sessions are equally
effective.

Typically, a sustainable and meaningful development unfolds over a period of approximately six months, with coaching sessions lasting between 60 and 120
minutes.

Education &
Background

I completed my coaching certification at the Hephaistos Institute in 2025. I hold a degree in Industrial Engineering (Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieurin), completed in 2010, and previously trained as an Industrial Management Assistant (IHK).

I spent my school years in Beijing and Munich. Privately, I am married and a mother of two children of primary school age—and well acquainted with the ongoing tension between leadership, family life, and self-leadership.
