When economic realities, personal values and responsibility for others collide, to achieve clarity on what to do becomes hard. Decisions must not only be factually sound but internally coherent.
Over more than two decades in international corporate environments, I have worked closely alongside C-level leadership through restructuring, transformation, and sustained complexity. These roles placed me not only near decision-making power, but I experienced and dealt with the inner conflicts that arise and the human consequences that follow it.
My work today reflects that experience. It is human-centered, analytically rigorous and deliberately free from rigid models. I create space to slow down thinking, surface what keeps repeating beneath the surface and support leaders in finding clarity that is internally sustainable — not just intellectually correct.
